Site: 46 Inglewood Street, Wai O Taiki Bay, Auckland. Mixed Housing Suburban Zone.

Scope: NA engaged for Resource Consent and Building Consent.

Design Principles: Open plan with indoor/outdoor flow to maximise views while retaining privacy. Sensitivity to site and use of materials in context with coastal environment and strict planning rules.
