Sketch, Model, Reality...
Notion Architects is an Auckland-based architectural design studio, NZIA practice started in 2020. Our primary focus is collaboration through sketching and exploration to get the concept design you want. This is then modeled so you can experience a virtual reality walkthrough before final construction is realised.
Whether it’s a renovation or a bespoke new build or subdivision, our team has the experience to consult, design, and deliver your project.
Our unique process involves:
1. Sketch: Quick, efficient freehand sketching, working with you until your design is mapped out on paper.
2. Model: 3D modeling and virtual walkthroughs to immerse yourself, refine the design, and choose final materials.
3. Reality: Detailed construction drawings optimized for building consent and physical construction.
