Scope: NA engaged for Resource Consent and Building Consent.

Design Principles: Open plan with indoor/outdoor flow yet maintain privacy to neighbours with strategic landscaping. Sensitivity to merge with landscape and use of materials in context with rural environment and strict planning rules.
